Service Delivery Executive

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Improve customer experience & operation efficiency by liaising with customer and internal departments on service delivery
  • Monthly review and reporting of services delivery performance for assigned major accounts
  • Update machines movement, contact list and layout of around for assigned major accounts
  • Assist project service deployment for potential customers
  • Follow up of customer feedback and related improvement actions
  • Explore potential new business

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in account servicing or customer service
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Customer focused attitude with strong analytical and organization skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word, Powerpoint & Excel skills (pivot tables, VLookup etc)
