Service Delivery Executive
Work Location:

Responsibilities
- Improve customer experience & operation efficiency by liaising with customer and internal departments on service delivery
- Monthly review and reporting of services delivery performance for assigned major accounts
- Update machines movement, contact list and layout of around for assigned major accounts
- Assist project service deployment for potential customers
- Follow up of customer feedback and related improvement actions
- Explore potential new business
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in account servicing or customer service
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Customer focused attitude with strong analytical and organization skills
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word, Powerpoint & Excel skills (pivot tables, VLookup etc)
