Account Manager, Enterprise Market

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay


  • Promote Ricoh products (multi-functional copier, printer) and ICT solutions (SaaS, meeting room solutions) to delegated key accounts.
  • Manage contract negotiations and provide excellent customer service follow up
  • Develop and solidify business partnership with senior management or C level
  • Keep abreast of new technology and equip personal knowledge


  • Degree holder with 2 years B2B selling experience
  • Prior experience in handling key account is an advantage
  • Strong in preparing proposal and present in a professional way
  • Aggressive, good negotiation skill and sensitive to data
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
