Perform data analysis to offer basis for performance tracking of service operations and engineer workforce
Develop and manage BI reports to fulfil business needs
Development of business analytic models, reports and visualizations
Promote and facilitate fact-based decisions
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Fresh graduate will also be considered as Business Analyst Trainee
Degree holder Data Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
Knowledge of SQL, VBA, BI tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI would be an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willing to explore new frontier and possibilities to excel in business analytics
Being a good team player while can work independently
