Assistant Manager, Operations Transformation

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • The role is a key member of the Digital Operations Division. You will be corporate with different divisions to transform and digitize of our operations, to uplift operational efficiency and deliver achievement of OpEx and EBITDA improvement
  • Oversee the entire digital operation project, from analysing business needs to defining system requirements, creating project plans, managing costs and quality, preparing documentation, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring performance
  • Analyze and interpret data to recommend and make informed decisions based on insights and best practices
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate and influence stakeholders across divisions to implement transformation projects; manage transformation project progress and milestone to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare presentation materials for executive meetings
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Experience at a consulting firm is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, with a focus on system implementation and business change management; ideally with operation planning; exposure to ICT industry is a plus
  • Confident in challenging the status quo by providing alternative ideas that challenge existing procedures which could help to develop new solutions and bring in improvements to the company
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, including the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good command of Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
