Business Analyst (Contract)

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay
Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations on the process re-design.
  • Apply Business Process Improvement methodology and toolset to improve / optimize processes.
  • Identify areas for digital transformation, and leverage the usability and functionality of Robotic Process Automation to streamline the operation process.
  • Engage key stakeholders in the measurement of operational performance metrics such as costs, SLA, processing / turnaround time and quality in the process re-engineering.
  • Participate in the solution evaluation process, ensuring the technical solutions align with the business needs.
  • Assist in the development of IT Governance, participate in the IT quality assurance and the ISO management systems (e.g. ISO27001, ISO14001).
Requirements
  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration / Operations Management / Information Systems for Business or related business disciplines
  • With 3-5 years relevant experience in workflow study, process re-engineering and business analysis
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Detail-minded, Good analytical skills and able to work independently
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • 1-Year Contract
