Client Liaison

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay


  • Actively follow up with Sales team from Quotation, sales order management, including delivery, installation and collection, CRM, and other internal systems operation
  • To liaise with customer on enquiries/order fulfillment and project invoicing in respective systems promptly, accurately and professionally
  • Preparation/verification of different sales order related documents with internal and 3rd party, including but not limited to issuing purchase order, service delivery arrangement and invoice
  • Response and resolve to customer and sales team’s inquiries timely
  • To provide general administration support like document scanning and filing, courier arrangement, audit support and KPI reports
  • To support Tele-sales order processing, fulfilment and invoicing


  • DSE or above with at least 3 year of clerical experience
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge in Marco is an advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organized and a good team player
  • Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
