Client Service Supervisor

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay


  • Manage onsite operators to deliver back office service support. E.g. Print room, Mail room, Facility Management, Receptionist and Technical Support.
  • Control site resources allocation and efficiently arrange duty rosters.
  • Responsible for regular site performance reviews and team appraisals
  • Manage customer communication and presales enquiries, timely response to internal and external requests.


  • Form 7 or above
  • With min. 3 years or above supervising experience in back office service management
  • ITIL V3 or related qualification(s) will be a plus
  • Familiar with Microsoft office tools
  • Proficient in spreadsheet calculation
  • Strong at customer relationship building and communication
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
