Client Service Supervisor
Work Location:
Kowloon Bay
Responsibilities
- Manage onsite operators to deliver back office service support. E.g. Print room, Mail room, Facility Management, Receptionist and Technical Support.
- Control site resources allocation and efficiently arrange duty rosters.
- Responsible for regular site performance reviews and team appraisals
- Manage customer communication and presales enquiries, timely response to internal and external requests.
Requirements
- Form 7 or above
- With min. 3 years or above supervising experience in back office service management
- ITIL V3 or related qualification(s) will be a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft office tools
- Proficient in spreadsheet calculation
- Strong at customer relationship building and communication
- Fluent in spoken and written English
