Customer Engagement Officer

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and developing procedures to ensure customers have exceptional experience when using the company’s services.
  • Communicate to customers about the company’s services and find out their requirements through surveys or face to face interactions.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and customer panels to collect feedback and provide analysis reports on the area for improvements.
  • Prepare customers monthly usage reports and maintain good relations with assigned key major accounts.
  • Handle key customer’s inquiries and support to follow up with internal departments for handling their requests.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer-service manner, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and good command of Putonghua.
  • Good writing skills in Chinese and English is also required.
  • Proficient skills in O365, media production software and Power BI is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn with positive mindset.
  • Degree holder in business, and marketing disciplines and fresh graduate is welcome.
  • Experience in customer service or service business is an advantage.
