Customer Engagement Officer

Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and developing procedures to ensure customers have exceptional experience when using the company’s services.
- Communicate to customers about the company’s services and find out their requirements through surveys or face to face interactions.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and customer panels to collect feedback and provide analysis reports on the area for improvements.
- Prepare customers monthly usage reports and maintain good relations with assigned key major accounts.
- Handle key customer’s inquiries and support to follow up with internal departments for handling their requests.
Requirements
- Excellent customer-service manner, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and good command of Putonghua.
- Good writing skills in Chinese and English is also required.
- Proficient skills in O365, media production software and Power BI is a plus.
- Willingness to learn with positive mindset.
- Degree holder in business, and marketing disciplines and fresh graduate is welcome.
- Experience in customer service or service business is an advantage.
