Digital Experience Executive

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site training and remote training for our office solution’s customer
  • Prepare, update and review training materials including video editing for different product solutions or customer requirements
  • Arrange training activities and record and evaluate the effectiveness of each training task
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in user training is an advantage
  • High diploma or above in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines
  • Good Knowledge in video shooting and editing  
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • People oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
  • Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates would also be considered
