Digital Experience Executive

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer journey through communication with customers and various departments
  • Organise online or onsite training workshops
  • Develop different product, software or system learning materials
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • High diploma or above in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines
  • 1 year working experience is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Video editing applications
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
