E-commerce Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute online sales strategy, promotion and marketing programs (esp content marketing & SEO strategies) to meet the business goals & KPIs
- Manage & produce creative content for digital marketing & promotional collaterals such as eshop/social media(FB/IG)/Blog/Video etc and provide product marketing support in producing materials (both text & visual)
- Oversee the daily operations of e-commerce platform and identify the improvement on UI/UX by maintaining strategic content/ copywriting for product description and online promotion
- Analyze customer data, consumer behaviors (end user flow/SEO) , market analysis and promotion activities and prepare plans for improvement
- Work closely with in-house stakeholders, including sales team, IT team, and external parties agencies/production houses etc. to achieve business and marketing KPI
- Liaise with potential collaboration for new partnership opportunities and engagement campaigns
- Closely monitor the market trend and competitor information and make suggestions on product development and marketing campaigns
- Handle Ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- University or above, preferably in eCommerce, Design, Digital Media & Communications, Digital Marketing, Visual Communications, or related discipline
- Possessing at least 2-3 years of in-house marketing experience with at least 1 year in digital marketing
- Strong creative and logical thinking
- Knowledge in Google Analytics (SEO) with experience with Magento & e-commerce industry is a plus
- Understanding current digital marketing trends and best practices across the digital and new media sectors
- Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Quick learner and eager to solve problems, self-motivated and independent,
- Able to work multi-task and under pressure
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
