Marketing Communications Specialist

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand identity and positioning in the market
  • Ensure all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging framework
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote corporate initiatives, thought leadership, and employer branding efforts
  • Work closely with the Products and Solutions Marketing Team to drive leads and awareness for specific products and solutions
  • Develop compelling messaging and content that highlights the unique value propositions of our offerings
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to design and produce high-quality marketing collaterals, including brochures, leaflets, flyers, websites, videos, and social media content
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and drip campaigns using marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Liaise with agencies to plan and implement lead generation events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Ensure all events and webinars reflect the company’s brand identity and messaging
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Track key metrics related to brand awareness, lead generation, and campaign ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in IT industry
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and experience in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, D365) and CRM tools
  • Experience working with external vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
