Project Delivery Specialist

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers to track project progress and update project schedules according to the company policies, agreed project management plans and the relevant contract clauses
  • Maintain and control project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports, flows and approvals to facilitate communication with customers, vendor and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate key project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes, to ensure that key decisions and resolution are captured for effective implementations
  • Manage project budgets and track expenses of projects – including feasibility study of using D365 project accounting module for long-term operation efficiency
  • Drive the development and implementation of project management processes and tools to continuously improve the PMO efficiency and for promoting company project management framework
  • Assist the tender and bidding processes as part of the cost estimation for the PMO involvement
  • Assist cross-team collaboration within Digital Technology Functions to synergize resources, knowledge and methods for overall long-term improvement in business operations. This also extend to collaboration with other teams as well as providing support to company events.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in related discipline such as business administration, information technology, project management, etc.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in project administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Projects or similar project management tools
  • Eager to drive changes and always look for improvement
  • A good team player while can work independently
