RPA Solutions Specialist

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with operators to identify tasks suitable for AI, automation using RPA
  • Design and develop AI & RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate or other AI/RPA tools
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI/RPA solutions
  • Test and troubleshoot AI/RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of AI/RPA solutions
  • Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in AI/RPA and automation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of solid experience in RPA design, development and deployment
  • Experience with AI, Microsoft Power Automate or other RPA tools
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
