Work Location:  Kowloon Bay


  • Handle enquiry and give suggestion to the potential customer 
  • General administration work
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
  • Direct the phone calls 
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
  • Monitor the customer booking schedule 


  • F.7 or above
  • Reception/customer service experience preferred
  • Good command of English and Chinese communication
  • Good command of spoken Putonghua is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented and willing to learn
  • Attentive to details, fast and accurate
  • Willing to work with flexible working hours and locations
