Service Delivery Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervision of routine of the Mailing Room and a team of mailing staff
• Perform checking / tracking of incoming and outgoing mail
• Handle problems / requests in matter relating to postal /courier services
• Responsible for daily log / regular report reconciliation and verification
• Handle email & telephone inquiries and communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner
• Check courier services are carried out as scheduled and correctly
• Check and reconcile postage of outgoing mail
• Reconcile and keep records of daily balance of the franking machines
• Check the reference, name and address for local & overseas courier daily before dispatch
• Any other duties assigned by superiors

Requirements

• Tertiary education or above with minimum 3 year related working experience, previous experience in mailroom is highly preferred
• Good problem solving, proactive, fast and accurate
• Proficiency in email and MS Office
• Strong communication, ability in multi-tasking and prioritize job demands
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
