Solutions Manager, Communication Services

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay


  • Monitor  the sales forecast and daily sales performance and activities (Time Allocation Weighting: 35%)
  • Manage the margin & the business turnover in the designated territory or customer accounts (Time Allocation Weighting: 20%)
  • Review existing assigned accounts & pay regular visit the customers to maintain good relationship & explore for new business opportunities (Time Allocation Weighting: 20%)
  • Maintain good relationship with business partners, vendors & distributor (Time Allocation Weighting: 5%)
  • Training & coaching for new joiners such as joint call with them (Time Allocation Weighting: 10%)
  • Prepare sales reports (Time Allocation Weighting: 10%)


  • University graduate
  • At least 5 years sales experience with 2 years in supervisory role
  • Knowledge in Communication Servics / AV System
