Assist supervisor to operate network operation centre in high service level
Perform health checks and monitor system performance
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems
Perform system/networking infrastructure upgrade and maintenance
Assist in system documentation and preparation of reports
Requirements
High Diploma/ Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, engineering, or Telecommunications is preferred
Certificate holder of CCNA/ NCAP/ MCSE Certificate is an advantage
Experience in IT operations management and data centre environment
Experience in VMWare ESXi skill and VMWare Horizon is an advantage
Minimum 3-years relevant working experience
Good analytical and communication skills
Good personal communication skills and positive mindset
