Technical Support Engineer

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay



  • Assist supervisor to operate network operation centre in high service level
  • Perform health checks and monitor system performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems
  • Perform system/networking infrastructure upgrade and maintenance
  • Assist in system documentation and preparation of reports


  • High Diploma/ Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, engineering, or Telecommunications is preferred
  • Certificate holder of CCNA/ NCAP/ MCSE Certificate is an advantage
  • Experience in IT operations management and data centre environment
  • Experience in VMWare ESXi skill and VMWare Horizon is an advantage
  • Minimum 3-years relevant working experience
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Good personal communication skills and positive mindset
