Telesales Representative

Work Location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • 透過電話向公司客戶推銷辦公室文儀用品 (如:小型影印機、影印紙、炭粉等)
  • 客戶名單主要由公司提供
  • 協助處理帳單及售後跟進事宜
  • 解答客人對產品的查詢

Requirements

  • 中學文憑或以上程度
  • 一年或以上銷售/客戶服務經驗, 具電話銷售經驗為佳
  • 懂電腦操作,包括Word及 Excel
  • 主動、熱誠、具良好溝通
